Aigile started with a simple observation. Spec-driven development noticed a real need: agents require clear, lasting, written context. But it answered that need with a one-way process shape whose failures are well documented from history. The method on this site works out the alternative: agile principles, adapted for the conditions that agents bring.

The method is a working draft, published for discussion. Disagreement, corrections, and above all evidence are welcome. The working paper lists the open questions where help is most valuable.
